yes, try manic panic (http://www.manicpanic.com or u can buy manic panic on ebay, at spencer gifts, etc)...also check out a brand called "special effects", which they carry at hot topic... i am using their "atomic pink", which is a bright pink color, i colored my hair about a month ago & the pink is still a very shocking shade, even though i wash my hair every day...i can`t remember the name of the shade of blue they have, but it`s really bright, very vivid, almost like a neon color...u can check out your local beauty supply store, like sally`s, & see what they carry as well...

the excellent way is on the hair dressers. I had blue advice completed some years in the past, they bleached my needless to say darkish brown hair and then further a blue dye. Blue fades VERY speedy, so after that i re-colored it with a wash in wash out purple. After that I left the blonde bit on my own. interior 6 months the coolest purchase had snapped off because it became in such adverse undertaking following the bleaching. It regarded stable - yet you should be arranged to have the backside decrease off after somewhat to neaten it lower back up.

Manic Panic by far. It will only be extremely bright if your starting color is bright blonde/white, otherwise it will give a dark tint to brown or red hair

Without a doubt, it's Manic Panic!!!
But be careful, it will stain anything else it comes in contact with. You might want to do it outside.
