I don't know how big your dog is, but I had a Feist/chihuahua once that tangled with a skunk (more than once)...we just used the tomato juice, but had to repeat about 3 times before it took care of the smell. Other than that take the other advice given and call your vet and see what they suggest..Good Luck.....Phewww!!

Vinegar & Baking Soda are good suggestions (NOT AT THE SAME TIME, THOUGH, HAHAHA!!)
If those don't work, there are commercial products you can buy.... they smell will probably linger for awile, just remember to keep brushing him daily, eventually the stinky fur will shed and he'll have an all new coat and will not be stinky anymore!
Good luck!
Additionally, if you bathe him frequently get a conditioner, this will ensure that his skin does not dry out and it will mask the smell a little more!f

Go to a pet store like Petco or Petsmart and they sell tons of stuff to take care of the problem. Good luck.
