He is a weirdo, a pedeoifile, was abused, and ended up mentally ill. That is exactly what that cult will do to you, and I feel sorry for him. My brother is just like him, accept the doesn't mess with little children. It is sad what the cult and its tyrant elders will do to a person.
They try to dictate your life. They told my sister how to dress her step-daughter. They are poor and can't really afford nice things for her. Her hair is usually braided with naps hanging out but how is that any of their business? Are they going to pay to have her hair permed or styled? My sister changed congregations just to avoid more critisim. Also, one of the witnesses caught my mother out with a non-witness man, just at a store and told on her to the elders. They called her in the meeting room and counciled her about it. They are so controling, that is what you call a cult.

Michael Jackson was disfellowshipped after he made the Thriller video. Also, I'm not a JW, only my family is. I grew up in it though, but never got baptized or accepted it. I was still forced to go to the meetings and field service though. I know it is a cult, but my family is still clueless.

Michael Jackson's mother and one of his sisters are Jehovah's Witnesses. His father is not. If you watched any of the movies made about his childhood, you would know that his father was abusive. He did not have a normal childhood. He was only baptized into the religion to please his mother.
Any of the Jackson's who actively and persistantly pursued music careers are not affiliated with the religion, and so the weidness of that family as a whole can be laid at the father's feet.

No he is not! He left the truth. That is what happened to him. He let the people of the world cloud his focus on life and that got him in trouble. Not the Religion. Jehovah's Witnesses don't encourage that kind of behavior. They don't even stand for that behavior! Micheal Jackson did that to himself, not the religion. What they are trying to do is to set an example for the people outside the congregation. You don't to be preaching something to the people one thing and do exactly what you told them not to do. That is called being a hypocrite. They just want non-Christians to think we go back on their word. And sure sometimes the people can be tough but that's only because when the end comes what will you tell Jesus? I know what I'll tell him. That I have been faithful to him and Jehovah God. If your congregation is still kind of rude, come down to the Greer Congregation and we'll show you how they really supposed to be. Oh, and talk to the elders about your concern. Or me!!

What??? Not in the least. For one thing, I cannot remember the last time, if ever, that he proclaimed himself a Witness. Notice the keyword, WITNESS. While this is not the only basis for seeing if someone is a Witness or not it is a clear one. Also seeing as how he was not charged as a pedophile, you are slandering him. Do I think he was/is a pedophile?? Honestly I have NO idea, and ya know what?? Neither do you. I'd venture to say few people actually know for sure, and it is doubtful that many of them, if any, are on Y!A. As for your other accusations, which seem to change per question, they in no way support your arguments, they, along with your other A's and Q's show you are a depressed, disturbed, bitter person trying to find someone else to blame.
Sadly Nate'sGirl and Mya both made similar mistakes. They both are relying on/using unsubstantiated information. Youtube is by NO means THE place to go to learn facts. It is a website for opinions at best. As for the comment about movies on MJ's childhood, it is doubtful there exist many "objective" movies portraying most anyone's childhood.

Well you can't judge someone by their religion. Saying that JWs make a person become a pedophile (which i am pretty sure michael jackson is not) is along the same lines as saying that all Catholic priests are pedophiles (which is of course not true either.) That's just a ridiculous assumption.

Michael Jackson is now Muslim, no longer a Jehovah's Witness.
Michael Jackson is Muslim and Building a Mosque.
According to a report on the Jewish website ynet., quoting the Arab-Israeli newspaper Panorama, Michael Jackson has moved from Jehovah’s Witness to Muslim:
“The singer said he decided to convert to Islam because he is convinced it is the closest religion to his personal beliefs.
Jackson also noted he intends to soon move all his assets and his studio from the U.S. to Bahrain, and expressed his hope to be rid of various legal troubles and enjoy the kind of freedom he says he does not have in America.
Notably, the reports are correct that Jackson will not be the first member of his family to make the move to Islam. His brother, Jermaine, who moved to the Gulf nation of Dubai, is also a convert.
According to the sources, Jermaine was the one to provide his famous brother with books about Islam and encouraged him to convert. The report says the pop star read the books and even added his comments on some pages.
Jackson was the center of recent controversy after it was reported that he referred to Jews as “leeches” in a phone message to a former business partner.
Referring to Jews, Jackson was heard saying that “they’re like leeches…I’m so tired of it…They start out the most popular person in the world, make a lot of money, big house, cars and everything. End up penniless. It is a conspiracy. The Jews do it on purpose.””
His Jewish attorney, Brian Oxman, denied on eurweb.com that Michael Jackson is anti-Semitic :
“”I have been with the Jackson family for 15 years, and I’m Jewish. I have never once seen anything anti-Semitic from him or from his family.” …Oxman doesn’t deny that it’s probably Jackson’s voice on the tapes, but insists that he has never experienced any anti-Semitism from the singer or any other member of the Jackson family.
Jackson’s rep Raymone Bain is also denying that Jackson is anti-Semitic. In a press release e-mailed Wednesday, she wrote:
“Michael Jackson does not have a racist bone in his body. Never would he say anything, or do anything, that would be offensive to any ethnic group, or hurtful to any ethnic group. It is not in his character, or his being. He has spent his entire life reaching out to people throughout the world by spreading love through his music, and his philanthropic efforts. It is unfortunate that these tapes are being disseminated throughout the airways without any due diligence with regards to the authenticity.”
An Iranian website reports that Michael Jackson, who recently settled down in Bahrain has donated a huge amount of money for building a state-of-the-art mosque near his luxury palace in the Bahraini capital:
“The proposed mosque would be designated for learning the principles and teachings of Islam, as well as teaching of English language, for which high-standard teachers would be brought from United States under his personal supervision, the spokesman said.
Jackson did so as a token of appreciation to the Bahraini people, who welcomed him and treated him as if he was one of the citizens of their country.”

No I do not believe that......
Why is it that you feel the need to find a famous and very unbalanced person, and then use them to insult an entire religious group....I don't believe that any one person can possibly represent any entire group accurately... and frankly I don't think Michael Jackson should be used as an example in any religion or race or anything else to prove ANYTHING!

The reason Michael acts the way he does is because he turned away from Jehovah and began to love the world and the things of the world, which Christians are commanded not to do. He has allowed Satan to direct his life, instead of Jehovah's righteous laws.
I have been one of Jehovah's Christian Witnesses since 1975 and there is no better way of life.
We are not a cult. We are a united Christian brotherhood of over six million and we are in over 235 lands.
Cults do not offer free home Bible studies for years at their own time & expense. We do because we have a genuine love for our God Jehovah and for our neighbors, and we want to share the Bible's life-saving message with all people.
We are a government recognized faith, just like other faiths.
We pay taxes and we do not live in communes.

Dont be so utterly ridiculous! I am a catholic, and I stil totally disagree with this. First of all you have no direct evidance that Micahel Jackson is a paedo if he was this doesn't mean that having this relgious belif makes you like this, nearly all religions teach us to love one another and respect each other. Ok so I agree some cults do ruin people and its wrong, but not everyone is like this you can't say that, it isn't fair you wouldn't say all people who believe in the same God as you are evil, because you are part of it. pretty bias.
