This is a fun question, and it kind of depends on who you ask. Different religions have different takes on what we'll be like in heaven.

Really, sex is all about the body, so any of the religions that say we won't have a body in heaven (that we'll be spirits or whatever) would by default say, "No sex in heaven."

The Christian religion says there will not be sex in heaven. Jesus said that men and women won't be given or give themselves in marriage, they'll be like the angels in heaven. The reason is that sex is primarily for reproduction. (That doesn't mean it can't be fun and always has to cause reproduction, just like eating is primarily about providing fuel for the body and you still eat candy that doesn't provide fuel for the body.) In heaven, there's no need to reproduce. If our bodies didn't need fuel, we wouldn't eat. Likewise, if we don't need to reproduce, we won't have sex.

Mormons say there will be sex in heaven if you get to the highest kingdom. A man will be able to call any or all of the wives he's been sealed to, and have sex with them, where they will bear spirit children that will become gods.

Muslims (at least popular Muslim theology, I haven't found anything that references their holy books to back it up really) talk about getting to heaven and having virgins wait on you, so I'm guessing you'll have sex with them. Otherwise, who cares if they're virgins?

Some of the anciend/pegan religions believed there was sex in heaven. Like the Greeks and Romans.

Personally, I go with the Christians on this one.

Heave is where you store up all your riches you attained while living and you get to enjoy them when you die. That is if you believe in John 3:16

No, when we go to heaven we will all be brothers and sisters in Christ. Not husbands and wives.

I don't think God would care for such goings on in his house.
