As soon as a child is old enough to speak a lie or hit another in anger, it's old enough to sin. Understanding that it's wrong comes later, but doesn't take away the fact that the child sinned.

A sin would not be a sin until the age of accountability; that age differs in every person, simply because the age that each person matures and comes to a time when they understand, differs.
This obviously would not apply to anyone
who is handicapped in a way that prevents them from understanding. A fetus cannot understand, and therefore cannot sin; that said, the Bible is clear that the soul within
the fetus could have sinned in the previous age, where satan rebelled and many people followed him - You can read of all three
earth ages in second Peter.

anyone.

When a child is able to understand the concept of right and wrong. The LDS church allows anyone 8 and older ot be baptized.

When the child understand what is sin, and what isn't sin. When they have to make up their own mind as to weather they will follow Jesus or not. When they mature

When a person has a basic self-awareness and has the ability to decide what it right and what is wrong and act accordingly.

There is no age to it.
