Impossible to say, get three quotes from reputable builders and proper plans drawn up.
The actual plumbing will cost around £1000 with a suite fitted.
All bigger floor joists have to be added for fire regs.
Depends on sizes and types of widows/fire escape route/staircase. Impossible to quote online. So £6,000 minimum I would say, if you do some work yourself. Up to £20,000+
Ask any builder if they have got a CSCS card!

between 15,000 & 20,000, my parents recently had one done on our three bedroom house it cost 18,000. That includes planning. They have an en-suite but didn't put it in as an en-suite for planning as sometimes they can refuse it. So just added it as extra room (dressing room/wardrobe) for planning permission to be granted and had it done later, bought suite themselves and had a plumber etc fit it...didn't take much longer than 2 weeks...

I have a 3 bed semi and we were quoted (last year) between £12,000 - £18,000. I think it will all depend on size, location etc. If you have any friends / family that can do some of the (non structural) work it will all help cut costs. Good luck

a typical cost would depend on the roof structure .water pressure .. where and how the new stairs are going to fit .etc expect to pay £10000 to £15000 plus vat

around 15K, ensure you get Building regs approval and planning permission of you are changing the skyline of your roof.
Generall don't need planning if you are only using Velux type windows

£10.000 - £12.000 depending on size . it will be your plumbing for the en-suite that costs the most.
