Would you still....?

Question

If a girl is very pretty but a few pounds overweight (maybe 10-15) would you still be attracted?
Or what if she's very pretty but has acne, not extreme but in one area, say cheeks.
Or what if she was really hairy? LOL
I'm wondering what the limit is for men.
I'm just talking physical here, on first looks, not personality.

Wanted to know who would stop at what, and not limited to just these things.

To be honest, yes they would matter to me. Looks are the first impression. But if I get the chance to speak to the person and know them, that might change.

Pretty is pretty. There is no such thing as being only 10-15lbs overweight in my opinion. If someone can be so darn cruel that they can say to a girl they could afford to lose 10 lbs in order to be perfect, i beleive i have to have a lil 'talk' with that guy. Not only does weight not matter anyway, there is no way someone should be so low as to worry about such a tiny amount of weight.

Acne is not a concern of me. It's acne- we all have it and suffer from it in different degrees/places/ages. To me, acne is as important a factor as the number of freckles on one's face... just extra little features to make them unique.

Hairy... I was dating a girl up until recently who was indeed very hairy and it did not bother me. I'm talking hairy enough that since she was in about Grade 7 (she's now 20), all her firends made fun of how hairy she was (and overweight too), but it never bothered me.


To sum it up, forgetting about the whole "personality is all tha tmatters" phrase (which is true), looks can be important but only to an extent. The factors you chose-weight, acne, hairy- are ones which people cannot help. I cannot critisize people for what their bodies are naturally like. I could, for example, critisize people for piercings, different hair cuts, tatoos, make-up, etc... things which they chose and control are fair game.

It is unfortunate but looks are a first impression. Yes, some guys might be turned off by the extra weight or achne. Not sure what you mean by the hairy part. But the point is, if there is someone you like, have them get to know you. If he likes you, then the looks will not matter in the end!

Initially, this will not attract men (usually). However, as one gets to know the person, looks are only secondary. I have also seen that some of these people who don't have what society calls natural beauty have learn to overcome that and find clothes and other things that help out with their looks and help them look more attractive.

I like my girls alittle chubby,, dont like the wafer thin girls,,

hairy down there can be lasered but it doesnt bother me as long as she is clean and not sloppy looking,
acne can be taken care of,, hopefully she would do that on her own so it doesnt end up scaring her face

well it depends how tall is she because if she is short and a few pounds over weight thats nasty but if she is tall that's ok and acne you can fix so i'm fine with over weight and tall

acne is gross and that means you don't take that good of care of yourself to me. If she is hairy.... shave that s***!!! lol. but if she is 10-15lbs over weight... So am I, i dont mind that.

sounds like your 'pretty' troubled with a few issues, say..weight, acne and hair??
