I wish I could give you a pat answer but we are all full of sin. There is no such thing as being able to completely avoid sinning thanks to Adam and Eve - but I probably would have fallen just as they did.

Read God's word, live it the best you can with God's help. As long as satan is around, we are going to fall into sin from time to time - I'm talking about delibrate sin. I think we think think things or say things that are sinful and sometimes don't realize it.

I take it you are not a Christian - Read John 3:16, pray and ask Christ into your heart, mean it and the Holy Spirit will help and guide you - God Bless you

Die-- Romans 6: 7 For he who has died has been acquitted from [his] sin. Romans 5:12 Just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned. This is why Jesus ransom sacrifice, he willing died, so all men might have the chance to receive eternal life. -- Ephesians 4: 22 that you should put away the Old Personality which conforms to your former course of conduct and which is being corrupted according to his [Satan's] deceptive desires.

MeatBot,
Once a person attains an age that they can reason and know the truth they are beyond an age of sinless behavior. We read in Romans that "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of man". The BIBLE does not lie because "GOD can not lie" and it is HIS WORD that is found there. Your choices are to die prior to that time or to be sinful and need the cleansing baptism that is available only thru becoming a Christian.

Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. We must HEAR GOD’s WORD. - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2. We are told to BELIEVE. - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
3. We must REPENT (turn from) of our sins. - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
4. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST before men. - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
5. We are to enter the waters and BE BAPTIZED. - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
6. We are told to CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL until death. - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

EDIT:
We are NOT "born SINNERS"! Christ said that we must become "as Children". Children are sinless until they have knowledge of SIN then they may become Christians and be cleansed of that SIN. Read the New TEstament it is GOD's BOOK to Christians. We are living under the New Covenant.
----------
Barney is WRONG! Christ was SINLESS. HE alone was SINLESS on earth. Read the BIBLE Barney.

Thanks,

There is nothing that humanly possible that one can do to avoid sinning. it's simply impossible. It's been a part of our spirit since the fall of Adam and Eve. Romans 3:23, "For ALL have SINNED and fall short of the glory of God." i emphasized the fact that all human beings have sinned and all have fallen short. Only one has been the exception to that rule. Jesus Christ. He never once sinned in His entire life on earth. Even when angered, He acted righteously and never sinned. Tempted in every way we have been tempted, feeling and knowing and experiencing everything we have experienced and yet He committed no sin. But as for the rest of us, we don't have that chance. We are born sinners, sentenced to die, condemned to Hell. But God is a gracious and merciful Father who gives all humans the chance for redemption. In one way or another His love and testimony to them is presented. For some it's thru the gospel, others the examples that Christians live, and for those who live in the outreaches of society and have never heard of the gospel, never heard of God, they still have proof that God exists. Look around you and see all that exists. how did it come to pass? we all have our shot at redemption, to free ourselves of sin. But to avoid sinning altogether is impossible. it simply cannot be done. does that mean then, that we shoudl sin freely because it cannot be helped? NO!!! Romans 6:1 what shall we say then, shall we continue sinning so that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we that are dead to sin(Christians) continue to live in sin anymore? we are called to resist temptation and try not to sin. but will we fall and give into sin at one point? yes. we're human. we're inherently evil, inherently dark, inherently sinful. but we must make an honest effort to strive towards God's ideal of perfection. just because we cannot attain it doesn't mean we must give up and live in sin. The blood of Christ has washed and cleansed us of our sins, if we only accept the free gift that God offers each and every one of us.

You can't avoid sinning.
The only thing to keep you from sinning is death.

Well, can't kill ourselves cause that's a sin, and I think if someone requested a lobotomy simply to keep from sinning, that would be cheating too, so I guess you just can't. All we can do is the best we can do, and to strive not to sin as much as humanly possible.

Righteous = Obedience
Jesus is that Obedience

First, let's define sin. It's literally to miss the mark.O.K next, how do we not"miss the mark",simply by raising the level of conciousness(sorry for this is not a "christian"word)through as Jesus would say prayer and fasting. In this case, meditation and letting go of all substances that pollute our system:meat,alcohol,drugs,caffeine.......Try it.It works.

It's not possible, we're born sinners. It's human nature.

To avoid sinning, avoid temptation. But know that even when we give in to temptation, God will still forgive us.

Drop out of Christianity.
All people sin.
Christ Jesus apologized for acts that could be sins.
No one person is perfect, not even Him.
If you try to cast yourself above your savior by being perfect, that is another sin.
Pride.
Live your life without harming others, and help those that you can and any blemishes on your soul will be washed away.
