I have researched and tasted every cereal known to man and these are my findings. Fiber One does have a lot of fiber (14g per serving) but taste like crap. I think the best cereals are by Kashi. Go Lean Crunch has 9 grams of fiber and taste GREAT!!! Any Kashi Cereals have a lot fiber and great taste. Good luck! Try Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Cereal for a great dry snack or in yogurt.

There are lots of cereals with high fiber counts. General Mills makes a good one called 'Fiber One' - 14 grams of fiber in a half cup serving! Other companies make similar products, but Fiber One is the best that I've found.

I'm gonna say "Fiber One" however there are some companies out there that make high fiber cereals (+10 g fiber). Just check the lables.

Kellogg's Smart Start actually has 5 grams of fiber which is pretty high and it's by far the highest one I've seen. Add an apple to it and you'll get close to 7-8 grams of fiber. It's recommended to get 25-35 grams of fiber, I'm sure you know that already.

Fiber One and GrapeNuts are both great choices. If you like bagels Lender's Wheat bagels have 10g of fiber. Try not to add a large amount of fiber too quickly or you'll have a crazy amount of gas. Gradually work your way up to the recommended 25-35g
