If you were created by a god that was all knowing, all-present and all-powerful, then yes, every thought you have is a creation of god. There is absolutely nothing you can do that is not already destined. BUT, then you have absolutely no freewill, only god's will. To have freewill you have to out-smart the universe or 'god', freewill and creating destiny is not just something you can easily achieve.

How would you know when you're being discussed by two people miles away from you? You wouldn't. But that doesn't change the fact that they're discussing you.

Why not looking at it from a different persective:God is not determening anything,expecially your thoughts.You are doing everything.God is just observing and experiencing.
