Well you have to have a Standard to go by,or compare too.
Since they use Self(mind) instead of Jesus ,Whatever they think is Right; There is a way that seems Right to Man ,but the end there of is Death.

No i do not. I am a faithful believer in God but i have known some atheists and i don't believe there is anything wrong with their morals or moral fiber (Whichever you choose). People have the right to choose how they wish to live their lives even if it is different from the way you choose to live yours. This doesn't mean that they have no morals it just means they don't believe the way you do. This is the basis of Gods love. "Do what you like and i will see you when you are done." Be tolerant of others because someday you may find yourself in need of tolerance. Peace to you all.

If I understand correctly, you are stating that anyone that does not believe in your god is not moral, is that correct? Hmmmm...sounds like you are being judgemental towards your fellow man, and is that not against what your bible tells you to do? Sounds like you have moral issues to deal with, not the atheists. Yes, I am an Atheist, and yes I DO have very strong morals!! Who are you to judge the morals of another human being? To think that just because someone does not believe in the same things as you does not make them immoral, it make them independent and free from all the garbage that most religions force-feed to their people. Judge thyself, and not thy neighbour!!

Religious morality:
EVIL - Disobey God by eating forbidden fruit.
Punishment - loss of Paradise, have to work for a living, women have painful childbirth, and all your descendents are condemned to hell until/unless a "savior" is sacrificed to God to make up for it.
GOOD - Be willing to kill your OWN child on God's command. Reward - all your descendents are God's Chosen People and will be blessed if they keep the law (unless any of them breaks that law). Oh yeah, and Abraham abandoned his first child and the child's mother. Apparently God had no problem with this.
No, thanks. My morality is just fine the way it is.

Moral? Are you kidding? You mean God is the only reason why you don't rape, ravage, and pillage? Because your afraid of going to hell? That's really sad.
I obviously have a higher standard of morals than you do. And I'm proud to be an atheist who does not succumb to childish delusions.

What is morality? Who defines it if one does not follow the bible ?
If society does then it can go to and fro. It was "moral" for Hitler to kill jews.He was not a Christian who loved neighbor as self or loved God.

I don't agree.
An atheist can be as moral or immoral as a theist could be..
Atheism is rather an intellectual choice.

to clarify my interpretation of the question, people are atheists because they have moral problems, not intellectual ones.
this is rubbish, atheism and theism aren't "problems" they are nothing more than different viewpoints on ones own life.

Morals like the ritual human sacrifices found in the Old Testament?
Your Bible is a filthy book.

Most of the atheists I know are much more moral than many of the Christians I know.
I suspect you don't actually know a single atheist, personally. You make these pronouncements based on prejudice and hatred. Nice christian values....
