Read an article that featured the origins of man by usage of DNA. How does Biblical fantasy stand up to the inexorable onslaught of scientific data that makes a mockery and sham of Genisis.

I mean its in your face kind of information, it is not obscure or hard to find.

At five years old I found it to be stretching the limits of credibility to believe that a Kangaroo treked thousands of miles across Australia, swim another thousand miles across the Indian Ocean, scamper another 1,000 + miles across Africa to get to an Ark? If he could do all that, he didn't need the Ark. Ergo, the Flood was an account not by God but by man, exposed as such in that man did not know there were other continents, so the story is made up in accord to man's knowledge at that time.

Really science is just backing up what the Bible has said all along. If you read in Genesis that God took the rib from Adam and then you take that word rib back to the original meaning in the Hebrew which it was written, you'll find that the word rib means curve. Today when we say Helix's curve we are referring to DNA. God didn't actually take a rib out of the chest of Adam, but He did take Adams DNA to make a woman for Adam (bone of his bone, flesh of his flesh). As for the flood; Many scholars believe that the flood was in the area that Noah live. Not the entire earth. As little as 200 years ago or so many believe that this earth was flat. So as to the day of Noah, his "world" then was the area he lived in. When Noah sent out the dove after the flood , the dove brought back a fig leaf. IF the entire world had been destroyed and knowing that the flood was about five months, how did in that time of so called world destruction did a fig tree grow , and produce leaves for the dove to fly back with??? We know that doves can fly a far distance and common sense tells us that the dove found a tree with leaves somewhere, thus the whole world was not destroyed by the flood; Only the area that Noah was living at the time. When studying the Bible, it's good to go back to the original meanings of the words used to get a better understanding.

You don't know God. Nothing is impossible with God. God can even make a donkey talk to a man so a kangaroo getting on a boat was no problem for God. Maybe God told a flying dinosaur to pick them up and bring them to the Ark. I'm just guessing like you are guessing. Only God knows. If God says the kangaroo got on the Ark, then the kangaroo got on the Ark. If God says He created man then you better take a better look at your stupid science because everytime man thinks he is right - God proves him wrong. It is almost as if God enjoys doing it. God makes scientific data a mockery and sham. Your DNA find could be the sons of God who came into the daughters of men. God loves revealing things to us so just wait and your questions will be answered shortly by God and not by man. God calls His - revelation. There is nothing new under the sun. The only truth is the Word of God.

Well you want to use Mans Knowledge to help your case, here is an idea, along time ago all the contents were one so you going to tell me they could not go along the way. And If you are going to use Scientific fact then tell me how can "Science" form an Eye? If you were smart you would relise that God is the only way and advanced organ like the Eye could ever be made.

It only makes a mockery of those who read Genesis as literal.

why don't you go read a science book.

EVERY scientist in the world freely admits.....we cannot prove evolution.

so why don't all you NON DEGREE'D people quit trying to do their job. I think they know more than you.

Quit spreading lies.....atheists are about TRUTH...not who wins. Mature some, you give atheists a bad name.

That's funny - scientist now say that after looking at DNA there must be a creator - so all you just said must be the remains of what dropped out of the south end of a north bound donkey.
