Go to http://download.com and get BOTH Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot Seek&Destroy. Both are free. As they use slightly different list to decide what is "spyware", one will often get something the other one misses. Run them both today.
Then in the future alternate which one you use. Scan about once a week.
