Not from the Bank - of course there are other ways to find out where you live, but why should they bother ? (and why should you care ?)

no the bank can't give that information with out you being involved.

but on the other hand if it is a credit card then the companies will ask you for the address that is linked to that credit card this it a standered question that all companies ask you

No, the banks would not disclose that information about you to other companies.
