I am 21 5'6 and weigh 200 lbs... I have never weighed this amount before... 6 months ago I had been in a size 7 now I am in a 14-16. I have been told I don't look it... but I don't feel good about myself. I work out on a daily basis... and I am on a strict diet by the doctors.

So what makes you qualified to councel people on being fat? I think the problem is people are fat for many different reasons. It isn't that they are just lazy like most people think, it is far deeper than that for many. I lost 70 lbs last year, I can talk to people too. But the bottom line is you have to seperate those that truly want to lose weight from those that don't. Then, from the ons that want to you have to determine why they are fat to know the right answer. You would almost have to be a "fat coach" for a couple individuals to observe their average day before fixing the problem. I think it is a good idea, you would just have to know you had the right audience.

There are many large people crying out for help and then there are those that are comfortable with their body. Giving help and good advice are always a good thing!
