I overdosed on seroquel and they said a side effect was muscle breakdown. My arm muscles are killing me. Any Advice??

yes it's called rhabdomyolysis. you can verify the diagnosis by checking bloodwork for CPK levels. the protein released into the bloodstream after the muscle breaks down can be toxic to the kidneys, so you should try to keep well hydrated to make sure your kidneys are peeing out all those harmful proteins (myoglobin).

Anticholinergic medication like Neostigmin ,and Physostigmine are good for overdose of Seroquel .

Avoid strenuous activities for the next few days, drink lots of water (myoglobin can damage your kidneys, and there's really nothing for it but to dilute the urine), and follow your doctors' advice. Not that hard.
