Mark was likely a source for the other Gospels, and is considered to be the earliest one -- I'd say the first two dates are closer to the accepted range.

We know that Paul's letters were written between 48 and 67AD when he died. While some scholars question the authorship of his pastoral letters, there is a general agreement that the other letters are authentic, and from the 48-67 time period.
In his letters, Paul makes several references to passages in the Gospel of Luke. Luke was a traveling companion of Paul, and they would have been familiar with each others writings. For Paul to have quoted from Luke's gospel, it had to have existed before 67AD (and actually before 58AD when the earliest reference was written).
When you examine the gospel of Luke, you will find that about 82% of Luke of a retelling of the stories from Mark. (90% of Matthew is taken from Mark). Only about 1% of Mark is unique to itself. So it appears that Luke (and Matthew) had access to the gospel of Mark at the time they wrote their books.
As Luke appears to have existed by 58AD, the date for the writing of Mark appears to have been earlier then that.
However, as no "dated" copies survive, any dates are "best guesses". The 70-80AD date is often used because that is the time from which the oldest still existing copies of Mark date.

Actually, the Gospel of John was the only gospel written by an eye witness. The others were basically compiled by other sources, even eye witnesses to Jesus' miracles. Does that mean they are incorrect? Many believe The Davinci Code, despite the fact that it is listed as fiction and written using absolutely no known references.

More like about 63 A.D. It was written before Rome was burned in 64 A. D. and Nero blamed the Christians and started killing them.

Because of the prophecy about the destruction of the temple, it should be dated before AD 70.
Irenaeus wrote that after the Apostles Peter and Paul died, Mark, "... did also hand down to us in writing ..." Peter was martyred, around AD 65.
