Why are most teenage boys boisterous, lazy, noisy and jerks?

I am a teenage boy who is rather.. special. I am none of those above.. Just curious why?

Because they are immature and dont know how to handle themselves. They think these things make them look "cool".

I get pretty annoyed by that.
That' why I hang out with older ones
They TRY 2 be cool & hip But it goes wayyyyyy outta control!
