or more specificlly murder in war, haven't they read the Bible? I am christian and I would let an unbeleiver kill me before I would EVER kill them If I die I know where I am going and I can only hope that they will learn the truth, murder is a sin in any case ever since we were saved by the grace of Jesus.
and while I would go though great lengths to protect my family
If somone took our lives our pain would only be in this world and then we'd be with the creator, while if I killed them they would go to hell instead of getting another chance to know Jesus. Same with criminals...

yes the bible has wars God even told his people to wage war, but that's before Jesus came and we had the option of going to heaven, even if we have sinned,

I pray for our leaders but I don't agree with them, most of the christian politicians are greedy for money and seem to forget about taking care of others.

I don't believe in doing nothing, I believe in getting these people saved and showing them love...how else can they be saved, they probably won't because a christian killed half of their family.

I have read the Bible and before Christ came God supported some wars and no it never states a difference bettween killing and war...never, it became a sin to murder when we ALL had the chance to be saved. The Bible DOES have a timeline, you should keep that in mind, earlier in the history God didn't allow us to eat animals...that changed also God once allowed men to have more than one wife...which is now obviously not he case. We are to be like Jesus, think about it Jesus was around during the roman rule and pursicution the Jews expected him to save them...it wasn't important to him, the important thing to him was saving our souls, not our quality of this short life.

Because God sponsored war throughout the entire Bible.....there's nothing in the bible that forbids it.....exactly how Christians justified slavery.

Because God expects us to defend ourselves. War is not the same thing as murder. Read the Bible, it is quite clear on this point.

I don't support War, but I do support my government as bad as it seems some times. We are to pray for our leaders. I also vote ,and that is the way we can change things. If everyone actually voted everything would be different.

Christians support protecting the innocent. Sadly the most evil people hide behind the most innocent of victims. We don't want any nation to fly our flag. We just want them to live without fear of being tortured by their own people and government.

Because most of them are so caught up in this intense love for God/religion that they tend to misinterpret His words and they would do anything to protect Him.

many times Christians support war as necessary ( which i believe true sometimes ) but then condemn Qur'an because it says sometimes war is necessary.
