Embarrassing Surnames

2016-10-22 05:47:35 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

I have a (German) freind with the last name of Titz. But I've heard alot of Dutch last names and they really take the cake. for example (translated)..
1). Pancake
2). Pear tree
3). Sugar belly

As it so happens, when Napoleon invaded the Netherlands, he enforced the Napoleonic code on them. The Napoleonic code required everyone to have a last name, and since the Dutch at that time didn't generally have last names (only the upper class had last names), the Dutch made up last names "for fun" as they didn't think this last name thing would last.

There is (or was) a lecturer at Cambridge called Trebilcock. There were Pratts living in my road in the 1950's and they changed it.
In my long Inland Revenue career, I have dealth with a Police Constable whose name was also Constable, a teacher called Givlia Pine-Coffin and another teacher called Benito Hitler Brown.
Where are they now?

My daughter was hysterical when the new dinner lady mrs. guzzell first started at her school. Not the most embarrassing name, but kept my daughter in stitches for days, and she rang absolutely everybody she knew, and spent hours and hours on the phone just laughing with her mates - not saying a word - just laughing. I suppose you had to be there....

As part of my current Temp Job I have to send mailouts. I swear on my life that I posted one to Mr & Mrs Stinkhole the other day. I laughed for most of the week afterwards.

There is a guy that we bought our carpet from at Home Depot whose name is Mike Hunt-- just like the old joke. (If you don't know it...say the name fast and realize what you are saying)

I also knew a girl in high school named Sandy Lutz... We had our first inital and last name embossed on our band uniform bag. Hers read S. Lutz.... To top it off her sisters name was Karen.

Hey Z,

A girl in High School, her surname name was "Whore". If I were her father, I would have made a name change.
