If you want to stop rain from falling on you, either don't go out in rain or hold a big umbrella over your head or sit in your car and drive, until the rain stops.
If you want rain to stop totally, check with the local weather bureau whether this is possible!

the easiest way to stop rain is stand on the terrace and shout to the cloud god to stop the rain and the rain will be stopped.
