Hi sorry to hear you were sick , you could have some good fruit juice, vegies and low fat protien, get yourself a good multi vitamin to help boost yoursef up ( spiralina from the health shop is the best but can be a little expensive if you can afford it i would recommend it this is great quality a natural food source ) you would have lost out on a lot of vitamins while you were sick ,,good luck with your recovery

Being sick like that is never fun!
You'll probably want to avoid greasy foods or foods with strong flavors for a while.
Applesauce is pretty safe, and I've found that fruit cocktails and pinapple are pretty good for jump-starting my appetite. And while I normally don't recommend it, even sodas are good as long as you sip.
You've probably heard me say this before: hot tea, especially with a dash of ginger if you have trouble with your stomach.
I agree with bananas and toast, and crackers.
If that stays down easily, move on up to soups.
After that, you should be ready to eat normally again.

Well first some crackers and some chicken noodle soup and drink water thats the best remedy is soup and crackers

Milk, yoghurt, cheese.
