Christains, what is your attitude and stance towards Heretical Christians?

Question

True Christians, can you tell me of your opinion about Gnostic Christians and Heretical Christians?

I have tried to look for an answer in the Word of God (The Holy Bible) but I cannot seem to find it- will you be kind unto me and tell me what I seek?

What will happen, at the time of judgement for me, a Heresiarch?, I have faith, but is my faith the correct faith?

Will you assist me?

Heresy is a touchy subject to most Christians ... there have been so many people who perished because someone called them a heretic in the dark ages.

We Baptists, for instance, we believe that all our churches should have the freedom to believe their own interpretation, as long as there is still the basics of Christianity ... that Jesus is the Son of God, etc.

I don't think God cares much about doctrine and articles of dogma and other religious things, He's more concerned with your heart. The heart is easily deceived, so you must be careful that your "religion" matches up with God's Word.

I can say that I'd reject any religion that does not match up with God's Word exactly, because religion is supposed to be the way you worship, not what you worship lol

The first century church disfellowshipped from membership a man who was sexing his his father's wife--something unnamed even among unbelievers. Paul explains that a little yeast will contaminate the whole loaf. That was in 1 corinthians. But:

In Second Corinthians, we find the fellow repentant and Paul urged them to accept him back into Christian fellowship.

There are many hypocrites in church that look like a Christian outwardly, but they smile and betray with a kiss like Judas.

Because we can not read the heart, God has not given the church the right to punish them. Jesus says they will be judged by God at the end of time.

Jesus said it this way:

"Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn" (Matthew 13:30).

I don't take a stand against so-called "heretical" Christians, nor do I use the label.

There are those who have been born again, and there are those who haven't, and I've not yet developed a talent for telling the difference. For now, I just leave it to God.
