well, they havent really found cures. they have only found remedies and therapies but not cures.
cures make the boby return to the perfect state it was in before the disease,s insurgence. but what doctors have and are finding only takes away the disease but does not totaly return it to the perfect state of wellbeing.

Yes, silly!
We can cure most infectious diseases with antibiotics.
We can cure a hernia, appendicitis, gall bladder problems and many other conditions with surgery.
As recently as 100 years ago, people afflicted with pneumonia, tuberculosis, syphilis, cholera, and many other diseases frequently died or suffered serious disability. Most people these days can be cured of these ailments.
There are still many conditions that cannot be cured, but can be managed effectively.

Doctors discovered that many diseases are cured by nature itself. Antibiotics cure infections .Congenital,degenerative and neoplastic diseases are not cured but treated well.

Isn't it interesting that they have not? They will cut out your extraneous organs for you, however. Especially if they are afflicted.
