I believe the only realistic way you're going to obtain this information is to write to each Social Services Department within the country and request the information.

This is not going to be a five minute job as although there are many qualified Social Workers within each department, there will be few Approved Social Workers, and it may take some time to collate the information.

* For people that are not aware, Approved Social Workers are qualified Social Workers that have undergone further training under the Mental Health Act.
