at the moment I am studying very very hard for my exams. I didn't passed twice (and I studied hard too) Now I have to do it. I am totally soaked into study. Ok I sport every week but now I have the feeling in my chest that I can't manage it any longer. I am going to react myself at myself. (damage and so) I still try to supress these feelings but it is getting too hard now.

can you give me some tips to make me feel more comfortable and give my inner rest back please.

and study is the most important now (always been) but after I pass I am going to study Biotechnology, I am leaving the house etc. I am really looking forward to that!!

Dear Frenzie,

I think you have a case of "over-saturation". I know you are intent on studying hard, but when you feed yourself too much information, too quickly, you are just saturating yourself and causing undue stress. When you are in this condition, you are actually hindering your ability to soak in that knowledge you are attempting to learn. It's become a task, and you are pushing your body and mind hard. After too much of this, your body says, "enough".

I know you have to study for your exams, that is very important. But think of it this way....... you take a truck driver for example........he's been on the road for a long time, his body is fatigued, and he's staring at that white line in the middle of the road. He's becoming even more fatigued. Is he sharp? Is he an effective driver in his condition? No.

Study hard. Give yourself a time-line. Take 30 mins for example. Then stop. Take a good break. Go outside and get some air. Get some coffee, and just get out of the room where the books are. Take 15-20 mins. This gives you a change of environment and your brain is going to send a signal for you to relax a bit. Then go back and begin another cycle of study.

This way you are not "saturated" and fatigued. When you get that "I'm going to explode" feeling, that's your body telling you to take a break, or it's going to shut down.

Best wishes, and I pray you pass with flying colors.

Well, calm down, do some deep breathing and relax. With each breath that you take in, visualise that you are getting energised. With each breath that you are exhaling, exhale your stress and tension. No need to be mad at any one including yourself! Under stress, you cannot study better! Be relaxed and be focused. Good luck.

You need to take some time for yourself, to relax. You are pushing yourself way too hard and your body's reacting by giving you these feelings.
You are not doing yourself any good by ignoring the feelings.

Breathe, I am not being rude either.
You are feeling anxiety it sounds like.
So when you feel this, do your best to stop what you are doing, and concentrate on your breathing to this feeling of explosion subsides.
Google breathing techniques.
Good luck and best wishes!
