Depends how precious you want to be about it. Obviously you don't want girlies walking in in their stilletoes or the kids bikes etc. But I find that a weekly sweep or vacuum followed by a wash with a well wrung out mop does the trick. We've had ours for about a year now and it still looks great.

old fashioned...gentle soap and water.
occasional Murphy oil to keep shine.
Two years ago we bought a model KB home with beautiful oak wood floors. I used to go to Costco and buy the floor wax from there. At home I would wash with soft hairy mop and mild wood floor soap 3 times. Then dilute the wax 3parts wax to 2parts water. Mop wax on, leaving wet look then let it air dry. I had everlasting shine like I had new flooring every day for 2 years. New owner still using that technique. No scratches, no color change, and healthy clean floor. Or higher professionals. Remember try to offer your guests house slippers. Heels hurt! Take care, and congrats on a new floor!
