This is a tricky question. It depends on a few things. If you are allergic to penicillin , in some cases this may also translate to paracetamol allergy. If there are no allergies per se , there may still be danger. Certain antibiotics have been known to cross react with Paracetamol ie. cephalosporins and macrolides. Depending on what antibiotics you have been prescribed you should consult your local doctor about whether it is safe or not. For the most part, taking paracetamol with antibiotics is safe and is a time trusted combination in hospitals but it is always better to be safe.

Yes, it should be fine, just make sure you stick to the maximum dose for the paracetamol and make sure you take the antibiotics at the right intervals.

If n doubt, check with a doctor or pharmacist.

Yes but do not take in large amount if you weight is over 45kg then you can take 1 gm every 6 hourly maximum 4gms/day. For upto 4 days only as liver metabolise paracetamol and paracetamol can damage liver if taken i large amount. spartan
