I exercise 5-6 days a week for about 1 hour. What about you??

most doctors recomend 30 mins at least 3 times a week, but i dont think thats enough, you need to exercise at least an hour a day, probly more if ur like me and play a sport

Approximately 20-25 minutes, 3-4 days per week.

5 days per week for at least one hour. I do a combination of high-intensity cardio and weight training as well.

6 days a week, twice a day tues and thurs, an hour each time.
