What I really appreciate about this verdict which Supreme Court had held is that reservation issue is not for the uplift of OBCs but only its Vote Politics which the Government is playing. Through out these 60 years of Independence what this Congress Government is playing is Vote Politics in the name of reservation whether in the form of SC, ST or now OBC category. I don't know when the people of this country understand this vote politics of Congress & stop voting them in power in centre or any other state of India.

Hello Moon,
The verdict from supreme court on OBC quota is a just the beggining. Actually these politions are interested in increasing their vote bank.
But the stay order is a slap on their face.
In my view reservation should b there but only for poor NO caste based,as a poor general caste lack the chances for selection in competitive exam but a creamy OBC gets admission so this injustice is not fair.
Thats it I like ur awareness on social matters.
I u want u can e mail me.

The supreme court has taken the decision in regards to stalling the obc quata till the new censes and has claimed that they cannot set an obc quota based on the censes of 1931.The decision n regards to then same i feel is correct. We always believe in equality in all human races and we preach the same thrugh our religions. But with the demand for an OBC quota where is equality?Wherein 27% of the seats are reserved for th backward classes. If these people donot study they yet get the admissions which could have been given to other deserving students who do work hard. These reserved seats also give leavrage to people to indulge in malpractices and fill their pockets with money they earn out of selling these seats. To give give equal opportunites to people we sholud give free education till the 10th standard like the super power countries and let them compete with others like normal humans and not abnormals. There should be no bias where in higher education is concerned.let the deserving get it.We should give equal opportunites to people to prove their mettle in the industry today.

its a good step by the honorable supreme court, because in education there is no caste, just only merit, if you have the guts come forward, if the government wants to do anything for the obc then provide them better means for education & let them blossom, its a cheat with others if we give reservation, if it can be happened then tomorrow others caste asked for reservation, that is not good signs for our country. So politics have to exit from the education.

The Central and all State Governments provided reservations in employment/jobs and educational institutions to members of the Scheduled Castes/Tribes and OBCs; in addition to lot of other facilities: FREE houses, house sites, agricultural lands, seeds, fertilizers, occupational equipments, dresses & uniforms, books, hostels, monthly expenses, etc. They can avail of it so long as they are SCs STs & OBCs (Hindu).
The very important & much necessary condition of remaining SC, ST, OBC is to remain a Hindu in Hinduism. Hinduism is not a religion. It is a culture, custom, tradition, way of Hindus' lives in Hindustan (India). It is claimed as such by all the well known Hindu priests, scholars, intellectuals, books, scripts, the Ruling Party BJP & Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, the Indian & International strongest Hindu organisations RSS & VHP, etc.
The SCs, STs, OBCs are much degraded & lower viewed, humiliated & insulted in Hinduism which practises casteism based inequality. The moment they embrace a religion and convert to Islam or Christianity, they lose all Govt. facilities though their financial and social condition will remain the same. They have to pay such big price for coming out of Hinduism; hence mostly prefer to remain in Hinduism for such financial benefits.
The moment, the Govt. withdraws these facilities/subsidies and reservations, millions and millions of SCs, STs & OBCs will jump out of Hinduism and embrace a religion Christianity or Islam. Hence learned intellectual Hindus in power always continue such facilities to SCs, STs & OBCs to keep them in Hinduism suffering all sort of inequalities, inhumanities, insults, humiliations, etc.

Among Hindus, no caste is inferior. You ask any community, they will have some thing to feel proud of.
In fact the foriegn invaders did this damage to stay in power but they could not do damage as much what damage the Congress and other political parties have done to the fabric of Hindu society since last 60 years to stay in power.
They devided a secular nation during 1947 based on religion and transfered immovable properties of Hindus to Pakistan. Several hindus were killed during notorious combing operations done by Pakistan Army in Punjab and Bengal. They became instrumental in 2nd partion of Punjab in sixties which witnessed terrorism against Hindus during end eighties. They united minorities to an extent that the so called minorities dragged out kashmiri hindus out of valley. The plight of Begali hindus is known to every body. They tried to devide hindus in micro level while provided platforms to other communities like Wakaf board for muslims, SGPC for sikhs and so on. That day is not far off when Hindus realise the evil designs of congress and make indian government to allocate Wakaf board lands to Punjabi, Kashmiri Sindhi and Bengali hindus. Else hindus may unite and forcibly take over the lands belonging to the communities who betayed them and snatched thier properties.
I is an obivious fact that no caste among hindus could be superior during centuries of slavery. where was the class left. Brahmins were killed mercilessly Khatriyas and other castes gave several sacrifices. In fact when all hindus were uniting congress came up with the idea of deviding hindus and ruling.

It resolves nothing. It indicates. The Supreme Court perhaps wants the issue of reservation to be given a more serious thought than what it usually gets because of political considerations. For past many decades we are reacting to this issue more out of our emotions than out of our brains. It goes without saying that the finest words lose their meaning when they emanate from misplaced motives. This is what I find in the case of this contentious issue. Let's think and behave as Indians when we set out to resolve this issue, otherwise there will not be much of Indian-ness to be defended in the eyes of the world.

at least soemthing in this govt is getting it right...
i am not opposed to reservation, but it should be based on economic backwardness, not caste
and what the SC said is absolutely right. "nowhere else in the world do castes come up, classes or communities queue up for the sake of gaining backward status. nowhere else in the world is there competition to assert backwardness and then to claim we are more backward than you."
instead of spending 3000 cr on increasing the seats in iits and iims, the govt. should improve basic primary edu in villages, as was stated by Mr. Narayan Murty, Founder, Infosys
let's be a united India!

The Supreme court is responsible for what it does, to whomever is a soverign citizen. If the Supreme court has allowed itself to become corrupted, it is responsible to no one. Soverign citizens who are soverign trust the Supreme court, Soverign citizens who aren't soverign don't trust the Supreme court. Would you have me make a fool out of either, Given the choice, I would suggest to you that winning the battle is not winning the war. The greater process of everything is International War Banking, when you change this process you have a reason to claim a victory. Everything else is simply nonsense.
