Apart from confused (mentioned above and which I think is a pretty funny answer, and one that applies to me as well atm :P ) I would say that we can start by saying that you are Half Spaniard Half Italian and raised in Jamaica. Skip the Born in the USA part, cause it does not matter much. People get born aboard ships and planes as well :
Now, if you've spend much time in Jamaica (you probably did since you grew up there) and it affected your way of life enough, you are probably Jamaican with Spaniard and Italian heritage ;)
Hope I make sense... If I dont, you can pick the "confused" answer :P

You are reciting both your lineage and your childhood history. Neither of which (or both as in your statement above) may be "politely" edited by another person. So it is a good question for which your "down pat" answer saves on editing while you recite.
To cut this book-in-the-making short:
Keep all the information about yourself together,
then, if recited, your mother next, then your father.
If written, your father first, then your mother.
And the why(s) of that are beyond the scope of Yahoo Answers.

We don't know what nationality you are from the information you gave. If you were born in the US because your dad was in the Italian military and serving in the US, then they have to petition for you to have American citizenship. It wouldn't be automatic because of his status as a representative of a foreign government.
Your parents would have had to fill out forms after you were born that would determine your nationality. You have a legal right to be a Spaniard, Italian or American citizen...but none of them are automatic and irrevocable, contrary to what people think. You need to talk to your parents to see which country issued you a passport. That's the country whose citizenship you hold.

You're an American citizen raised Jamaican.
You're half Spanish and half Italian.
You can say you're of European descent.

American. Unless of course you've been naturalized in Jamaica.
For scholarship purposes, you might be able to claim Hispanic, but many of those mean Latin American (i.e. Mestico), so you'd probably be "white".
I also like the answer of your name.
