If you are in the Philippines, talk to a US embassy or consulate, and they can probably help you. Many of your countrymen have done well in the US armed services.

You can join the Navy. You may have some issues getting a Top Secret security clearance, so you may be limited to jobs that require up to a Secret clearance.

As long as you're a legal US resident it doesn't matter what country your citizenship is. Talk to a Navy Recruiter and get information from them.

youmust be a permanent legal resident with your Green card before you can enlist. the Military cannot and will not aid you in getting one.
