The Quran is thee only religious book that has no errors & that has never been changed. It has been scientifically proven that the Quran has not been changed, it is the same book it was 1400 years ago.

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) is rated No:1 in the top most influential man in the world.

He is considered by non-muslims who have researched his life & written biographies of him, They consider him one of the worlds most greatest man to have walked this earth.

The Quran is the only book that does not have a Author, It was brought down By God, Many say Muhammad (saw) wrote the Quran, he couldnt have wrote it because he was illiterate.

Islam is thee only religion that does not commercialize its faith , you donot see adverts enticing people to come to the mosque, you pray out of your own

Islam does not demand that people give charity to the mosque , YOu dont see Muslims taking off thier jewlery & putting it in the collection box, Only if you can afford to then you may

Islam doesnt put rich people in the front row of the mosque & poor people in the back, when you enter the mosque you are all the same regardless of your race or financial status.

How many other religions do the above? NO OTHER RELIGION EXCEPT ISLAM.

How many times have priests been caught in strip clubs , driving fancy cars, living in huge houses. In Islam most muslim priests (Moulana's, Imams) live modest lives , those that happen to inherit money or have a child that has a thriving business, live a comfortable life but not a lavish lifestyle.

The muslim community does not have muslim priests that mis-use the funds given to the mosque, every cent is accounted for & the Muslim priests donot get paid to serve the community

Islam is the true religion, only God could have brought down a book like the Quran because its flawless.

MICHELLE - I could ask christians the same thing why was the bible done after the Torah?

Every religion brought down by God was perfect until Men changed it suit thier own lifestyles.

Moses (as) mentioned that thier will be a prophet after him ....................

Jesus (as) mentioned that people must follow the one that will come after him..............

In both books it said that it will be Prophet like Moses .................. Jesus was not like Moses , Research has proved that Muhammad (saw) & Moses (as) were alot alike.

Is it not strange that christianity & judaism disrespect the Quran & Islam wheras Islam respects all The Holy Prophets, Islam holds Moses & JESUS (as) in such high status.

If Islam was a false Religion , we would not believe & respect all Prophets

4CHRIST - Muhammad (saw) proved himself by his character, He was known as the truthful, even non-muslims trusted him with thier wordly belongings. His patience & kindness was unlike any other.

He was illiterate but was a man of such brilliance.

He had the strength of 30 men - which he used only in battles.

Muhammad (saw) did not need miracles or magic tricks to prove himself , he had the holy Qurans teachings as the only proof people needed.

Praise be to Allaah.

The Qur’aan is the word of the Lord of the Worlds, which Allaah revealed to His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), to bring mankind forth from darkness into light:

“It is He Who sends down manifest Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad) that He may bring you out from darkness into light

[al-Hadeed 57:9 – interpretation of the meaning]

Allaah has told us in the Qur’aan the stories of the earlier and later generations and the creation of the heavens and the earth. He has explained in detail what is halaal and what is haraam, the basics of good manners and morals, the rulings of worship and dealings with others, the lives of the Prophets and the righteous, and the reward and punishment of the believers and disbelievers. He has described Paradise, the abode of the believers, and He has described Hell, the abode of the disbelievers. He has made it (the Qur’aan) an explanation of all things:

“And We have sent down to you the Book (the Qur’aan) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allaah as Muslims)”

[al-Nahl 16:89 – interpretation of the meaning]

The Qur’aan explains the names and attributes of Allaah and what He has created. It calls us to believe in Allaah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers and the Last Day:

“The Messenger (Muhammad) believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers. Each one believes in Allaah, His Angels, His Books, and His Messengers. (They say,) ‘We make no distinction between one another of His Messengers’ — and they say, ‘We hear, and we obey. (We seek) Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return (of all)’”

[al-Baqarah 2:285 – interpretation of the meaning]

The Qur’aan describes the Day of Judgement and what will happen after death – the resurrection, the gathering, the judgement and being brought to account. It describes the Cistern, the Siraat (bridge over Hell), the Balance [in which deeds will be weighed], the blessings and torment, and the gathering of mankind on that great Day:

“Allaah! Laa ilaaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Surely, He will gather you together on the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt. And who is truer in statement than Allaah?

[al-Nisaa’ 4:87 – interpretation of the meaning]

The Qur’aan calls us to examine and ponder the signs of Allaah in the universe and the verses of the Qur’aan:

“Say: ‘Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth’”

[Yoonus 10:101 – interpretation of the meaning]

“Do they not then think deeply in the Qur’aan, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?”

[Muhammad 47:24 – interpretation of the meaning]

The Qur’aan is the Book of Allaah for all of mankind:

“Verily, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (this Qur’aan) for mankind in truth. So whosoever accepts the guidance, it is only for his ownself; and whosoever goes astray, he goes astray only for his (own) loss. And you (O Muhammad) are not a Wakeel (trustee or disposer of affairs, or guardian) over them”[al-Zumar 39:41 – interpretation of the meaning]

The Qur’aan confirms the Books which came before it, the Tawraat (Torah) and Injeel (Gospel), and it is a witness over them, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (this Qur’aan) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Muhaymin (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures)”[al-Maa'idah 5:48]

After the Qur’aan was revealed, it became the Book for all of mankind until the Hour begins. Whoever does not believe in it is a kaafir who will be punished with torment on the Day of Resurrection, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“But those who reject Our Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), the torment will touch them for their disbelief (and for their belying the Message of Muhammad)”[al-An’aam 6:49]

Because of the greatness of the Qur’aan and the signs, miracles, parables and lessons contained therein, in addition to its eloquence and beautiful style, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Had We sent down this Qur’aan on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rent asunder by the fear of Allaah. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect”[al-Hashr 58:21]

Allaah has challenged mankind and the jinn to produce something like it, even one soorah or one aayah, but they could not do that and will never be able to do that, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Say: ‘If the mankind and the jinn were together to produce the like of this Qur’aan, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they helped one another’”[al-Israa’ 17:88]

Because the Qur’aan is the greatest of the heavenly Books, the most complete, the most perfect and the last of them, Allaah commanded His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to convey it to all of mankind, as He says (interpretation of the meaning):

“O Messenger (Muhammad)! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you do not, then you have not conveyed His Message. Allaah will protect you from mankind” [al-Maa'idah 5:67]

Because of the importance of this book and the ummah’s need for it, Allaah has honoured us with it. He sent it down to us and has guaranteed to preserve it. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Verily, We, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur’aan) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)” [al-Hijr 15:9]

I dont think muhammad was all that great. The only things I've heard was that he was rather violent, true or not I dont know and I'm not saying it's fact, just what I've heard. I find Jesus to be my inspiration and all I need to make it through life. He doesn't require me to make donations at all, just give what I can. All those things you say the quran has, the bible has as well, people just go about spreading it differently than you do. I don't think the way they do it goes with what the bible says either, so at least we agree on that point. :)

You say Islam is the only religion that doesn't have people steal from the collection money, that right there is a lie. Someone somewhere is ALWAYS stealing from what is collected in some form, only they rationalize it so it doesn't sound like they are. You can't fault another religion for what some dishonest sinful person has done, otherwise islam would be pure evil because of the suicide bombers. If you want to fault other religions, be ready for yours to be attacked by the very principles you judge others by. Do not judge, for in the manner you judge, you shall be judged.

The church I went too before my current illness took hold holds gatherings around the world in different places to share the gospel. They've recently built another building on the grounds to hold baptism and sunday school classes. They do not require you to give anything at all, but many do because it's not required. They gather to hear the word of the Lord, to pray, and to worship together. Does this sound like the corrupt church you tried to generally label it as?

The signs? The only signs I see are the ones the bible said would happen. Durin the time between the return of the Lord and Israel becoming a nation, many signs were given to us so that we would know Jesus was coming soon. What were they? Increase in disasters and earthquakes, Israel would learn to speak it's original language again, increase in knowledge, men would be lovers of themselves rather than lovers of God, wars and rumors of wars, natural love of families growing cold, the list goes on. Email me for more if you want them, it will startle you. What signs were you speaking of? Not a single one did you list.

Wow, you are sooo deluded!

The top most influential person that walked the earth was Jesus!(God manifested in the flesh). He rose from the dead!
The time that we count the years start from when Jesus was born.

The Quran has many errors. One of them off the top of my head is the Quran mentioning crucifixions when they didn't exist at the time it was talking about.

The Hadiths that are relied upon by Muslims, as the same authority as the Quran, prove from Aiesha's writings herself that she was 9 years old when 54 year old Muhammed had sexual intercourse with her!

Your source is just wishful, whitewashing, speculation, to try and mask the "Foul Stench" of Muhammed's Evil Child Molesting!

There are Muslim leaders in the middle east that were told by other leaders to cool it with having sex with young boys because it doesn't look good. Imams or catholic priests, it is still Evil!

Wake up and realize that Jesus never has to be defended like you are trying to do with your false prophet Muhammed.

Jesus never had to defend Himself when people didn't believe what He was saying, and even accused Him of Healing people by the power of satan. Jesus "Never" sinned

Muhammed on the other hand went to war and robbed caravans for a living. Muhammed murdered people when they did not agree with him!

Jesus went around doing good and healing people from the power of the devil.

Muhammed went around "inviting" people to accept him as his god's prophet and when they refused he murdered them!

Jesus died and rose from the dead! His bones are absent from the grave!

Muhammed's bones are still in his!!

Give me a break with your maniacal, foolish, irrational, rantings!

But Islam is still a religion, and is subject to belief. A lot has happened in the last 1400 years, and every religion has been subjected to scrutiny by (those whose 'religion' is) 'science'. Consequently, there are people who do not accept what any particular religion teaches.
There are also those whose religion pre-dates the Holy Quran, and who are faithful to their own.

Tell me this, If God(Allah) Is correct on all things, then why was the Quran done after the Bible and the Torah?

answer me this and then tell me why God(Allah) felt the need to make changes to something that was obviously correct(since God is correct on all things)

Edit".....Can YOU answer my question?

Edit:2
Ok so is it Islam or Christianity that is correct?(Was not Islam from Man to Man from Mouth to Mouth?)
and if Islam is correct(so saying that even Adam was the first Muslim, which has been said by many of Muslims) Then pray tell me why even Adam and Eve got it wrong if Islam is correct?

Yeah...all the religions have their belief in "Who's on First" and are just as absolute about it. Others are not so sure and don't sweat it. Life itself is all we know for sure. It's a gift.
Live, love, work hard and enjoy it. It may be all there is.
Be grateful and thankful and treat others as you would be treated. Peace to you.

Why then, is the Quran not used as an authoritative historical text by anyone studying history?

(I know it's impolite to answer a question with a question...)

A: Credibility, (or lack thereof)

EDIT: Hey, am I gonna die because of this answer? Is some Muslim, (or non-Muslim Muslim), gonna show up at my doorstep and kill me for disagreeing with their beliefs?

EDIT EDIT!! I found the question! She's saying the book is unchanged and error free. As well as being provided by God, (hey! I though the Muslim god was Allah???)

What, exactly, does that have to do with truth.

Rush Limbaugh wrote several books that are unchanged & error free, (at least in his opinion, and he says he has talent on loan from God, that's close, right?) By your logic, that means I should follow him.

If you religion allows you freedom, then you owe it to yourself to read 'Satanic Verses" by Salmon Rushde. Read it with an opened mind. Mankind is always finding mistakes in the knowledge and understanding of people who also believed that the Earth was flat. like those who wrote Quran and Bible.

According to the Bible, Allah is not God, Muhammed is not his prophet, and the Koran is not the Word of God. Islam is a false religion and utterly without power to save from sin because it doesn't recognize Jesus Christ as the Saviour. No person, no matter how religious or how sincere he may be, can possess truth or salvation apart from the Lord Jesus Christ. The person and work of Christ is the crucial divider between Christianity and Islam. Christ's atoning death is the perfect and only sacrifice which God will accept in behalf of sinners.

Our message to Muslims is that they, like all men, are hopelessly lost. All are naturally at enmity with God. There is no good in us that can merit God's favor and there is no good we can do to endear ourselves to Him. Being utterly lost and completely unable to save ourselves, God did all that was required to reconcile men to Himself by sending His only begotten Son. Christ bore our sin, died on the Cross as our Substitute, shedding His precious blood as a complete, all-sufficient, perfect sacrifice for sin, and He arose again bodily from the dead. Repenting of one's sins and believing on Christ, trusting Him for salvation, is all that is necessary to be saved.

Islam claims to be a religion of peace and tolerance when in fact it is characterized by violence and religious bigotry. It is the Christian's duty to diligently witness to, not dialogue with the Muslims. We must stand for the true Gospel and against all other false gospels. Islam has rejected the essential teachings of the Word of God. The so-called prophet Muhammed brought an erroneous message from a false spirit that is totally opposed to the Gospel of God's grace. The message of Islam is a curse, not a blessing. "There is only one true religion. It was prophesied in the Garden of Eden, typified in the days of Noah, confirmed to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and realized in the Person and work of Jesus Christ."

There is no doubt that Muslims have a definite zeal for their god. They desire to follow Allah and express their worship of Allah through their lives. But the fact remains, Muslims need Christ and His saving Gospel which is still the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth. They need not only to hear and believe this life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ, but they also need to see it demonstrated in the lives of believers to serve as an example of what the Lord can do with a life that is totally and truly surrendered and submitted unto Him. Islam offers this world two choices: the Koran (conversion) or the sword (death). Bible-believing Christians have only one choice to offer the world: the Cross and empty tomb of Jesus Christ.

In this age of ecumenicalism and tolerance, many people would like to emphasize the resemblances and similarities between Islam and Christianity. While the two religions may share many historical persons and events in common, there is still an unbridgeable gap between them. "There is no possible compromise between biblical Christianity and Islam and none should be sought."

Allah says in the Holy Koran:

Say: "O People of the Book! why reject ye the Signs of Allah, when Allah is Himself witness to all ye do?"
[99] Say: "O ye People of the Book! why obstruct ye those who believe, from the path of Allah, seeking to make it crooked, while ye were yourselves witnesses (to Allah's Covenant)? But Allah is not unmindful of all that ye do." Quran 3.98,99

Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: that we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with Him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will)." Quran 3.64

For all ppl reading this:
Please know that Islam is not what you see or hear about in the news. Islam means Peace.
Peace of Mind and Peace to all Humankind
