I assume this is for the first stages of a job interview??
You'll normally have a numerical test and verbal reasoning test - you can get examples of these online to give you some practice. Try

Some companies use psychometric testing just to see if you fit with the whole company 'style' and attitude - you can't study for these - just be honest. You may also get a group exercise just to see how you react to a team environment. Just make sure you be yourself through the assessment centre.

Good luck - hope it goes well for you!

I presume you are talking about an assessment on your work.
They will go over what you have managed to learn since you have been with them, also the manner in which you work and whether you work efficiently, and also your time keeping, and how you work as part of the team.

Good luck, and if you get a glowing report, I would ask for a small raise in your salary

You will be expected to answer questions based on the work or study you (should) have done during the time you have been employed there.

If it is conducted by your Manager, they will focus on what you did wrong (and maybe what you did right). They wil be more interested in what actions/plans you have to avoid making the same error again than in any excuses. Typically this is a really good opportunity to ask for more Training !
