>>Christians would you feel comfortable flying as a passenger on a plane if you knew both the pilot?<<
Sure, why not? You obviously have some strange ideas about Christians.

Yes, I'd feel comfortable. It doesn't really matter what religion, or lack of religion, the pilots are. And I don't think they should have to state it on the ticket. Just so long as the pilots aren't suicide bombers or anything.
If you don't feel comfortable on a plane with pilots who are of a different religion, take a boat.

I'm a Christian, and I don't care whether or not the pilot and co-pilot are atheists. I'm far more concerned with them being competent pilots. Stating the pilot's religious or philosophical persuasion on the ticket would be ridiculous.

I'm a Christian and as long as the pilot knows what he is doing and not drunk then he can be whatever he wants to be. Non Christians might feel safer because in case of the rapture you will still have a pilot.
What are Christians not aloud to have a sense of humor? :)

More than I would if I knew I had a pair of thumpers up front. Why? I want the pilots to know the science of flight and weather and aircraft systems. When the going gets tough, I don't want them throwing their hands up and meditating to the myth to fix the problems. I want them to be able to think....

If I know they are atheists, I know that if danger arises they will do what they can to avoid it and they won’t just sit around praying and hoping god does it for them. I would be more comfortable, but I’m not a Christian.

Whew! I thought you would say if the pilot and co-pilot are Muslims.
Sorry.

If they WAS atheists? I'd think I was trapped in the bible belt and look around for the gap-tooth in-breeder who just mangled the English language so badly.
If they both WERE atheists, why would it matter?

No it doesn't matter to me what the pilots believe. If something happened and I died, then it was my time to go!

What difference would it make? Horrible things happen to the best Christians everyday.
