If you're talking about the bust, then 34-38 is usually the most liked. Of course depending on what size the band is. a 32 band with 34 bust is a 32B...kind of small. But if you change that band to a 30, then that's a 30D. Good size, actually the cups would be about average, because converted to a 34 band, the cups of that 30D are the same cups sizes as a 34B, which most average women have. Just the smaller the frame, the more meat it looks like because it's in comparison to something smaller.
If you're talking about the torso measurement...the band size of the bra....I'd like to say to the girl that said 32 was too small...I'm a 30...God I wish I could fit into a 32 because that would mean I could do my shopping in the US! I don't look that skinny at all, I'm not deathly thin in any way, I just happen to be one of those very lucky girls that carries my meat in all the right places. Thin frame naturally, and my husband does not think I'm "too small".
So for the band measurement...if you want to be a satisfied customer, then 32-36 is good.
