no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

sorry to disappoint u, but u will not lose 50 lbs like that.. i mean I exercised for 2 hrs daily just running on the treadmill.. jumped on the trampline daily for like 1hr each day and ate only veggies and fruit and water and i lost 17 pounds in a month.. and a week.. so i am not really sure if u can lose 50 lbs in a small perioud of time. i mean.. i wish u good luck n everything, but u gotta exercise like 6 hrs a day, or something and the cereal gotta be the low sugar one.. General Mills Kix works the best it just has 3g of sugar.. but i wish u good luck. anything can happen if u will really try!! =)

Your body will go into starvation mode, start storing fat etc. Your not getting enough carbs to fuel your body or any protein to build muscles. Crash dieting does not work. Try doing something that you can stick to for life, rather than something short term which is going to make you sick!
Btw spinach is a vegetable.

NO - 50 pounds is not a reasonable number, go for 30 pounds. For 50 pounds you should really do some serious exercise. Sorry:(
