I got this idea from a friend (Thanks Molly) and its delicious and inexpensive.
I scramble an egg and add it to the boiling water. Its like egg drop soup. My friend just drizzles the egg into it.
Yummy :) I use chicken flavored ramen noodles

This is how I do it, I slice about half of a small spanish onion and cook in 2tsp. melted butter in a pot until it starts to turn soft, then I add 2 cloves of minced garlic, cook that a min. longer, then add a large chopped roma tomato until it starts to get mushy..Then I add about 2 cups of water bring it to a boil..add the Top Ramen Tomato noodles and spice packet..when its done..turn it off the heat and add about 1 tbl of fresh cream..stir it up..and suck it down! More salt and pepper as you like.

ahh with 2 minute noodles add sm tomato ketchup while cookin em, sm baby corn, finely chopped carrot and a lil bit of sweet corn(smtimes). if u r too bored of eating the same instant noodles then break up the noodles into small pieces and take the rice left over frm the last meal....boil the noodles and add the rice....add chilli flakes along with the usual seasoning provided and sm finely chopped roasted onions... the dish comes our to be rilly tasty ... try it...its an odd one
