I would never tell anyone that my beliefs are universally correct. My beliefs are right for me, and your beliefs are right for you. If there was an absolute truth, then it could not be denied. Free will would have nothing to do with it. Just try to treat other people as you would like to be treated. When you die, if there is a god, he'd be happy that you tried to make the world a better place instead of wasting your time pushing your beliefs on others. Besides, if God is all-knowing, he wouldn't really care if you did or did not worship him since he'll know you had good intentions in you r heart. And if there isn't a god, the people who knew you will mourn for you because you will have made the world a better place by treating people well. Either way, you shouldn't waste your time worrying whether or not your religion is right or wrong. Don't worry, if you are wrong, you'll have plenty of company on the other side.

You cannot be sure your religion is correct. If it was that easy, there wouldn't be alllll these different religions. There would only be one. The truth of the matter is, nobody knows what's going to happen when we die because nobody has come back from the dead. Religion all pretty much boils down to what you think will happen when you're dead. (and it's impossible to know until you're actually dead) Sooo, the best advice is to live your life to it's fullest. Respect others beliefs... they don'tt know any better. Be a good person, follow the law, don't do drugs, be generous, kind, etc. and what happens, happens.

My opinion is that my choice of religion suits my personal needs and meets my definition of what a religion should provide the follower. I would never state that its the only true and correct religion because I'm not God and don't know everything.

I know that Christianity isn't the right religion, or there would be less people ignorning the homeless on the street if they truly had the Love of Christ in them as they claim.

No the right religion doesn't have a bunch of hypocrites. In fact the right relgion is an oxymoron.

I become a better person each day. I witness people from my religion sow compassion that inspire others to do likewise. My religion teaches us to treat any human being as brothers and sisters instead of enemy. It's trhough differences (race, religioun, physical challenges, economy) we were challenged if we can see our God in unfortunate people and treat them like the way people want to treat us. My religion teach us not to be judgemental as whatever measurement we use against other will be applied to us. Core of my religion is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

What I believe for Me, is correct for Me.
I can prove this. We, for example, could spend all day arguing over the colour of a leaf.
At the end of the day, both of us would still have our opinions, and both of our opinions would still be correct.
Oh, dear, I'm getting all Zen wisdom again...
Time to go out into the back yard and scream.

My personal belief is that there is no right or wrong. The biggest mistake someone can make is believing that their religion is the one true religion and that all others are false.

Not by one path could we arrive at such a tremendous secret. (sorry I had to write that... it's a bumper sticker lol)

I can be pretty sure that my religion, Christianity, is correct. Why? because I believe so. Do I really need to prove it to you or anybody? not really because whatever I say will appear as fecal matter. To atheist atleast.

Will I get a bad response and tons of thumbs down? probably. Oh the irony.

A man named Bartimeus was cured of blindness in the bible.
He was called before the Sanhedrin, to testify against Jesus.
His answer fits my argument well,. " All I know, is before I was blind, but now I see!"

My proof for myself was a spontaneous release of a long drug and alcohol addiction. After I asked God to prove himself,,, HE DID!!! No, I repeat, NO, argument will convince me otherwise... Because now I see!!

It feels right for me. It fits my personal experiences. It makes me happy. I know that any man-made belief structure, has fallacies, but over all I'm pretty satisfied with my beliefs.

That's basically all I need.
