Why don't you seek for a book named The Concordance to the Bible. THen you can simply find the issues in a dictionary fashion.

God helps a man become the saviour of the world knowing he would also go down in history as the guy who danced around drunk in front of his kids. Next God helped save a man's life, knowing his daughters would get him drunk and he would then sleep with his daughters. Also, Jesus turned water into wine.
Think God is okay with drinking.
Drugs aren't mentioned as much though I did read this essay on how "manna" could have been mushrooms, it makes a lot of sense, and is a good read if nothing else.
And God hates the gayness in the anus. Guaranteed.
