I;m doing a homework assignment using Excel where i have to sort and filter many things and i need to capture a picture of the work using Print Screen to paste it onto Microsoft word from Excel. Help me.

Hold down the key and press the key.

That will capture an image of the active window. It works for any application running in windows, even Excel!

Then go to MS Word and click Paste. Your image will appear, like magic!

U can use screenshot softwares. Google for free such softwares. Can try www.download.com(need to find in the site)
