makes x amount of money and I..dont.. but can be so much more fun in a real way..like dancing in the living room. Do I have a chance with most or is it all about the money?

Don't be disillusioned, Rob. Those details are just a benchmark. They're part of the data that people fill in. There may be one or two who are firm on the income level, maybe because they've been stung, but you'll have to meet them, get to know them, let them get to know you before making any judgements. There's a lady out there for you, so go find her. Waiting around, and saying 'what if" to yourself gets you nowhere. Go get her, man!

I think it has to do more with if the guy has a steady job/income and will treat a girl right (as in being a gentleman), then how much money you make won't matter

if you're still doubtful...look at some of the answers for questions like
"would you rather be poor and happily married, or rich and not happily married?"

Take them seriously; its about the money. Just like a guy saying I want a slim woman, if some 300 pound girl answers the door ?? yea you get the picture. If you don't meet the prerequisites, and most people that get into personals know most of what they want, its only a long or short road to failure.

Honestly, it depends on the guy. After all, its not settling for something you didn't want if you just find something better.

Don't be put off by some women's outragous requests... Lists like that are usually just preliminary guidelines.
