I need a strict exercise regement and eating plans.

ok well seeing as ur a vegetarian it's gonna b harder 4 u get sum nutrients that a normal diet needs, but that's ok i guess. i suggest eating a variety of different foods don't eat the same thing every single day. eat foods like vegetables, fruits, cereals, rice, breads, nuts, etc. if ur gonna have snacks eat healthy snacks and only once or twice a day, exercise regularly every day, try not to eat too much fats, sugars and salts.

Try the Isagenix Cleanse. There's a 9 day program and a 30 day program. If you really like it, and I do, it will possibly change your life and eating habits. I've lost weight, inches, body fat, and I'm feeling so much better in general. For excercise, i run on a tread mill and do some things at home with dumb bells.
