I'm looking for exercises for my hips and the backs of upper thighs. Thanks

In order to work these muscles you need to do exercises that require pushing your leg away from your body to the side (hips) and bending your knee back (leg curls) for your upper thighs.

Make sure that you balance these movements with movements in the opposite direction so you don't develop joint problems. Do 10 reps of each movement 3 times for the best initial results.
