This depends on where you live, where you go, what length your hair is currently, and from what stage your color is at to take you to dark brown. Where I live they go both on a set price and also time that it takes.
Reasonably assuming you have average length and are going to a darker color, with no blow dry or setting it would run you $60 color and $45-$60 cut. This is about average.

Obviously it depends on where you will be getting this done at. All salon's and stylist's have their own prices. I'm sure you can go somewhere cheap and unreliable for under $100. You can always color your own air if you trust yourself, or have a friend lend a hand (or two) if you trust them =]
