I don't think anyone has. It is immensely long something like 70 or 80 THOUSAND verses. It is the foundation of Hinduism and together with the Ramayana and Sivarahasya comprises the three major epics of ancient India's Sanskrit.
It will take a lifetime to read and understand.
Try ebay or Amazon
A complete translation will take volumes to contain all of it. A complete version will look like the old encyclopedia Britannica

i've read the summary in english and even that was pretty long. it's really interesting..dunno where to find a complete copy though.

Check out amazon.com; and its spelled "Mahabharata". They've got some English translations.
