After 30-45 minutes of cardio how much time should you spend doing strength training?

I'd hate to say it depends but..........

It depends.

As a male, I'm disinterested in cardio and want mass. But my wife likes to do half cardio and half weights. The real measure of how much time you SHOULD spend strength training is you. If you find out you enjoy it, spend more time doing it. Your body will tell you what you should do more of.

if u do cardio for 45
then about 15 mins of st. training. but do it fast, it tones ur muscles ever more =)
