Well i dont think we will invade right away. I think at first the only thing we are going to do is do air strikes and take out their nuclear facility's. Now when this is done it will trigger a big war they will start attacking us in Iraq. Then hopefully congress will pull their heads out of their ***'s and we can declare war against them. It could play out alot of different ways but i think we will just strike their nuclear facility's then see what happens after that. But i will say if there is a full scale war with Iran there will be a US draft because not only would we invade them we would also have to stay in Iraq and Afghanistan since they both border Iran and our military is too thin for this. So if we have a real war with them if we don't get enough help from alot of other country's then there will be a draft

We actually need a pipeline through Iran in order to extract oil from the former soviet states (All the stans)
In one way or another we will accomplish this goal.
Whether they start it or we do their will be a standoff. Only issue is we would have to use advanced air warfare and no ground attack because we don't have the resources currently. That may include low grade nuclear bombs.
I suppose it would have to be Bush by the end of his term, thus leaving him in office because of the emergency of the war. An election would not take place if the war started on his tenure and he would remain president completing Cheney's grand plan of a "new world order."
But in no way should we invade or start war, but we won't have a say. They'll just manufacture the reason...just like Iraq.
Very sad...

We are not going to invade Iran because Iran is no small task. The people of Iran are very proud and independent minded people. Their society is very much civilized and quite progressive in many ways.
Also, Mr. Bush is playing and hoping that he can lay the blame for the failure of his insane attack on Iraq on the Democrats in Congress, but I doubt the American public or others in the world are going to buy the idea.
The Iraq War is a disaster of major historical proportions. No one is going to come out of this situation in the White House or the Republican Party looking anything but dangerous to the American form of Government and extremely unprepared to even understand the Iraq people or their historic divisions.
We are going to just get out of Iraq after Bush is out of Office. The damage to our treasury and to our reputation our monumental and well take a very long time to heal.
If Bush causes any other major problems, he will pay with historical berating, hatred and bad well toward him and his lieutenants in government like Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, and the others who ran the policy during the Iraq War.

Not any time soon. For one, our military is spread to thin for an invasion. For two, Iran is not likely to engage in a military conflict that would result from their nukes. They are doing this so their regime gains power and international strength. They are likely to cave soon.
I would not be suprised if we invade them in the next decade.

Soon, the current administration would like to get in now while they're still in power. Get ready because the fall of the United States may be near because while they're out fighting all these wars we have no security and no one left at home. When we start getting attacked (and nuked) we will have no way of fighting back.

We will not invade Iran, Bush does not have enough time and he would have a revolt from Congress.

Who knows who cares? If we all just ignore the call to war, then it ceases to exist.
