All of the first 3 answers are possibilities, or your blood sugar could be low.

The reason why you might be getting lightheaded during a workout is not drinking enough water or not eating a good nutritious meal before hand.

It could be the beginning stages of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). It happens if people workout while on low carb diets or without eating breakfast. It can be quite dangerous.

There is something for athletes called Sure2Endure that is exactly for that. Gives you nutrition, but I would also say you are not getting enough water and supplements in your daily diet.

Check out the website below, they have a lot of supplements for work out and diets.

It could be a couple things. Have you checked your blood pressure recently? Low blood pressure can be a cause, my sister and I both experience this. It could also be that you're dehydrated or low on fuel. Make sure your drinking plenty before, during, and after as well as have a snack before.

Hyrdrate. You should drink often enough where you won't feel thirsty. Heat may also be an issue. Try to cool off a bit in between sets.
