You'll get bigger and then smaller... your muscle will grow, increasing your bodyweight and size just a bit, but your metabolism will have grown with the muscle, so you will begin burning off more calories than you did before. You can get very lean that way, although you plan looks a little cardio intense to me.
Try jogging only 3 days a week and throw in some weight training.

Sounds like a sensible plan. As for the legs, your leg muscles will grow as the fat is worked off them. However, unless you have not yet reached puberty, your legs are about as big as they will ever get. After puberty you can increase leg strength and endurance, but thier size is pretty well set by then. Consider this: every time you stand or sit you are pressing your body weight. This means that your legs are at their optimum development throughout your adult lifetime under normal circumstances. So, if you haven't reached puberty yet, you can dramatically increase your leg muscles using dynamic tension excersizes. After puberty these same excersizes will increase your leg strength and endurance, but won't affect thier size much. I speak from experience, having 18 3/4" calves and 27" thighs (all muscle, I work out 3 times a week at the local gym). I developed these enormous legs from age 13 to 15. After that, they remained awesome, excersize or no. I just turned 60 this month (March 2007).

do u work at all? when do u have all this time for all this activity? and as a person who is very active physically i can tell u - your intense work out will not last. your body is stressed too much and doesn't have time to recouperate. because of stress u will start eating more. and more and more. then your body will ajust for that stressful situation and u will start gaining weight even by training like there is no tomorrow. successful losing weight is finding this balance between eating and training and ajusting your metabolism
and it is now a proven fact that muscly body DOES NOT burn more calories or gets increased metabolism. but u want to eat more that's for sure. isntead of wasting your time here on amateurs read some professionals. that's what ususally people do BEFORE they start anything
